  • Online Scheduling Widget Update

    • New & Existing Patient Scheduling: Patients can now toggle between new and existing patient scheduling options without a separate button.

    • No Login? No Problem! If an existing patient can’t remember their email, password, or hasn’t set up a portal, they can still book an appointment.

    • How It Works: Patients enter their first and last name along with their email or phone number. If it matches your EHR, they can schedule.

    • Security Note: Patients must use the portal to manage existing appointments, but this makes scheduling quick and seamless.

  • Multiple Intake Forms Now Supported

    • Use multiple intake forms for patient progress tracking, demographic updates, and new patient check-ins.

    • Easier Form Merging: A new tool is coming soon to help merge unmatched intake forms for smoother data management.

  • Editable master messages

    • The Master Message Editing feature allows users to edit canned or master messages within TrackStat campaigns without affecting the original message across multiple accounts. Changes appear as direct edits, but the system automatically creates a copy and applies the update only to the specific campaign or account.

    • This was complicated, but allows you to easily edit 'master messages' without copying, editing and replacing the original message

  • Voicemail filter - this allows you to sort your voicemails from most recent to oldest. You must click on the message type filter > audio messages > Sort by filter

  • Custom reports allow N/A referral source selection for referral sources does not produce a null value. It shows a value for new patients with no referral source

  • Custom report - fix total collected by provider

  • Custom report - fix total collections filtered by billing and primary provider for Genesis

  • Multiple provider scheduling and provider masking

    • If multiple providers share the same appointment type, patients can choose the first available provider

    • Practices can hide the providers and fill them in a preferable order with provider masking. Read more about that here

  • Starring a 'saved shared filter'

    • When you save a filter, previously you could only star a private filter and could not star someone else's shared filter. This allows another team member to create filters for the team to save as their favorites.

    • A starred filter will be the default setting when you re-open the report

  • Inbox 2.0 was released

    • Fixed the copy and paste from the inbox function

    • Fix the review link from the 'add message' button

  • Cashpractice integration added

  • More visibility with appointment reminders

    • Organize and sort your various appointments reminders, which is helpful when there are many appointment reminders

  • Character limiter and multi-media message conversion for blast messages

    • Message segments determine how SMS messages are split when they exceed the character limit. Using standard characters (GSM-7), each segment can hold 157 characters, while messages with special characters or emojis (UCS-2) are limited to 67 characters per segment. Limiting the number of segments in bulk messages is crucial to ensure proper delivery, as carriers are more likely to delay, split, or flag longer messages.

    • Trackstat will convert a longer text message into an MMS, which gives you 900 characters in a single segment, to ensure proper delivery. It will do this by attaching your logo to the message.

  • Email builder - new update
