Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating IntakeQ with TrackStat using webhooks. This integration allows automatic updates of patient demographics in TrackStat when a patient submits a form in IntakeQ.
1. Enabling API Integration in IntakeQ
To enable API access in IntakeQ:
Log in to your IntakeQ account.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the Integrations tab.
Click Settings under API integration.
Enable API Access and copy the API key.
Display and copy API key
Go to Trackstat extras tab > integrations > IntakeQ
Paste in API key and name your integration
2. Add Webhook to IntakeQ
Copy the following webhook URL and replace accountID with your specific accountID

Note, IntakeQ sometimes does not auto-save this. Make sure this link is saved when you refresh the screen.Paste the webhook URL into the appropriate field.
To find the accountID. Go to account top right > account settings > account ID
3. Merging intake forms
Intake forms with a matching name and phone or email field will automatically merge.
Forms that do not match can be merged manually.
4. Save link in Account Settings
In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the triangle icon. From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings. Scroll down within Account Settings until you find the Form Link section.
Paste or enter the form link in the available field. Once you’ve added or updated your form links, be sure to click Save at the top right of the Account Settings page. Your changes will not be applied unless they are saved.
Note: you must have Administrator privileges in TrackStat to make these changes.
