Communication - Notifications - How do I enable notifications on my computer (Windows) when a new message is received in the TrackStat Inbox?

Can't see the pop up notifications that indicate there is a new message in the Inbox? What do I do?

Open Windows - Settings on your PC (assuming you configured your web browser notifications already)





Select System
Notifications & actions
Turn Notifications to “On”

Scroll down and make sure that Google Chrome is set to “On”

Make sure Windows Focus Assist is turned off
Open Windows - Settings
System
Focus Assist
Set to Off or Priority only and customize list

Modify Chrome extension settings if necessary

Click on Chrome extension icon (upper right corner of chrome browser)


Click on more actions (3 dots) next to desired chrome extension
Select Options
Add app.trackstat.org to list of accepted/allowed sites/domains


If you are not seeing pop up notifications from TrackStat try the following troubleshooting items:

1) Clear Cache and Cookies in Chrome browser
Click on 3 dots in upper right corner of Chrome browser
Select More tools
Select Clear browsing data
Select Basic or Advanced
Choose a time range (to delete everything, select All time)
Check boxes next to items to clear

2) Check settings on Antivirus software
Add app.trackstat.org to an allowed list

3) Check network settings

4) Try viewing site in Incognito mode

Note: If you are still not seeing the notifications pop up when you have a new message, it may be necessary to restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
