Your web browser along with your Windows settings must be configured properly on your computer in order to receive notifications when a new message is received in the TrackStat Inbox.
We recommend using Google Chrome web browser with TrackStat.
Q: How do I set up web browser notifications on my desktop computer or laptop?
A: Repeat steps below for each workstation computer or device that accesses TrackStat. Click on the Tune icon (View site information) in the upper left corner next to the URL in your Google Chrome web browser. Make sure that Notifications and Pop-ups and redirects are enabled. If the settings are disabled, click on Site Settings and set both to Allow. After settings are changed, return to the TrackStat tab and click the Reload button (critical step!).
Q: How do I turn off Notifications?
A: Click on the Tune icon (View site information) next to URL in the web browser. Disable notifications (slide to off) to prevent seeing new messages in lower right corner of screen. Make sure to leave Pop-ups and redirects on so you will still get the latest TrackStat updates. Make sure you are logged in to TrackStat when you adjust the settings above!
Q: Why are my messages not popping up?
A: Make sure to turn on your notifications on your device. This may be through Windows settings for PC or macOS for Mac (Apple).
