Communication - Inbox - I sent a message to a patient and the reply shows as a separate line item in the Inbox. What is causing this?

TrackStat identifies patients by first name, last name & date of birth. Patient likely has inconsistent information across multiple cases. Check for and correct inconsistent first and last names and dates of birth.
