Yes, open the Inbox.
Click on the yellow "+ Add Message" button on the top right header.
Select "Non - patient"
Enter name and cell phone number and/or email address.
Compose message and send.
Note: The first and last name fields are required to send a text or email. If you don’t have the non-patient’s last name, enter at least one character as a placeholder and update it later; otherwise, the “Send” button will remain disabled.
This feature can be used to text or email leads or attorneys.
