You can use the Block Contact function to stop a number from messaging you in future.

If it is a business that is contacting you, reply with the message "STOP".

Check the Block Contact box and click Save.

1. Open up the Patient Card.
2. Go to Edit Contact Info.
3. Go to the Block Contact tab.
4. Check the Block Contact box and click Save.

Stop spam or unwanted texts by ticking Block Contact under Edit Contact Info on the patient card, or reply STOP to a business
