Online Scheduling - How do I set up a Provider?

We have a provider in our EMR/EHR, but they are not visible in TrackStat.  How do I get the provider to show up on the list?

The doctor is going to be out of the office. How do we block off the schedule so that patients cannot schedule during that time?
