Stats - Custom Reports - How do I schedule a custom report to send on a regular interval?

Need to view your custom report data outside of TrackStat and prefer to send the custom reports automatically on a regular interval?

Go to Stats > Custom Reports

Select the Custom Report you would like to send/export

Click the Send report (airplane) icon

Edit Subject of email (optional)

Add Message (optional)

Select format - html or Excel spreadsheet (.csv)

Click green Add Schedule button

Select Frequency - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

Select days and times based on Frequency selection. Choose your preferred time (make sure time is after all transactions have been entered for the day and allow enough time for the data to be synced with TrackStat (at least 30-60 minutes)

Click green Create button

Type email address(es) in Emails field at the top

Hit Enter button in keyboard to add each email

Click green Schedule button
