What is the difference between the Patient specific and Case Specific tags?

Confused about when to use a patient versus case specific tag?

Patient tag = tag will be applied to all patient's cases

The patient tag has a light gray background and black text color.

Common patient tags:

  • not qualified

  • moved

  • vacationer

  • employee

  • family

  • reviewed us

Case Specific tag = tag will be applied to only one specific case

The case specific tag has a light blue background and white text color.

Common case specific tags:

  • np start

  • corrective

  • active

  • wellness

  • monthly care

  • maintenance

  • prn as needed

Note: Tags are available for all customers, but differentiating tags by patient vs case is applicable to ChiroTouch customers only.
