Identical CPT codes should not be used multiple times in ChiroTouch Classic (Server) with different descriptions or names. TrackStat cannot differentiate between the same exact CPT code used over and over again. Using different descriptions (names) or different modifiers (M1/M2) with the same CPT code is NOT a unique data point. Identical CPT codes with different descriptions and/or modifiers will be summarized on the same line item and statistic in TrackStat. See example for CPT code 98941 below. Statistics in TrackStat are based on unique or different CPT codes only.
The list of Services in TrackStat will show the first description (name) for the CPT code in alphabetical order from the master list of ChiroTouch Classic (Server) Charges.
