Missed Call Text - Voicemail Configuration - How do I add a holiday message?

Q: How do I add a holiday message to my voicemail configuration / auto-attendant?

A: See below, first go to marketing > voicemail configuration > holiday > add a message, then follow the instructions to add a message. If you cannot see this section, you will have to ask a manager or administrator to make the changes for you.

  1. Go to marketing

  2. Voicemail configuration

  3. Holiday

  4. Add holiday

  5. Choose date

    1. Choose text or audio message

    2. Record message

    3. Save

You will then need to add an Automatic Reply for your Holiday Hours here:

  1. Click Marketing Campaigns (megaphone icon)

  2. Click "Missed Call Text - Voicemail"

  3. Select "Automated Replies" and then "Holiday Hours"

  4. Add verbiage that will be sent during your Holiday Hours
