To improve email deliverability please follow these steps, it will prevent our emails from going into Spam or the Gmail promotions folder.
Promotions Folder - Is this email in the promotions folder? Drag and drop the email from the promotions tab into the Primary inbox. After dragging it, Gmail will display a small pop-up message asking whether any future messages should be displayed in the primary tab. Please confirm this.
Use the 'Not promotions" button - Marking an email as 'Not a promotion" is another way. Select an email and hit the 'not a promotions' button in the top left corner.
Add the address to Google contacts - You can add this email contact to your contact list. Hover over the email address and click the 'open detailed view' button. Add to contacts in the top right corner.
