If you can't see the patient's appointment in TrackStat in the following places
Scheduling Calendar
Appointment Report
Patient Search
here are a few things to check
patient's date of birth in your EHR/EMR - TrackStat ignores patients with dates of birth such as 01/01/1900 as this patient would be considered deceased, correct this by changing the date of birth to the appropriate date
is your account syncing?
if you are using a server based EHR/EMR such as ChiroTouch make sure that
the server computer is connected to the internet
the server computer is turned on
the database is accessible and there have been no recent changes to passwords, security software, etc...
TrackStat has access to the current server
