Patient Info - Why doesn't a patient show up on the schedule in TrackStat?

If you can't see the patient's appointment in TrackStat in the following places

  • Scheduling Calendar

  • Appointment Report

  • Patient Search

here are a few things to check

  • patient's date of birth in your EHR/EMR - TrackStat ignores patients with dates of birth such as 01/01/1900 as this patient would be considered deceased, correct this by changing the date of birth to the appropriate date

  • is your account syncing?

    • if you are using a server based EHR/EMR such as ChiroTouch make sure that

      • the server computer is connected to the internet

      • the server computer is turned on

      • the database is accessible and there have been no recent changes to passwords, security software, etc...

      • TrackStat has access to the current server

    • reach out to TrackStat Support team if you have made recent changes to the server computer
