Whether you have a new credit card, an expired card, a new bank account (ACH), or simply want to update your details, TrackStat makes it easy and secure. You can also view your billing history, statements, and invoices directly in the platform.
This article covers how to update your payment method, view your billing information, and explains how TrackStat charges appear on your statements.
Important Notes
You must have Administrator privileges to access and manage billing information.
TrackStat accepts major credit card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as standard U.S. ACH (bank transfers).
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on the triangle icon in the upper right corner of the TrackStat dashboard.
Select Billing from the menu.
Click the Update Payment Method button to securely add or update your credit card or bank (ACH) information.
Follow the secure prompts to enter your new payment details.
Viewing Your Billing History and Statements
From the Billing section:
Click View Statement to access your billing history, payment history, and invoices.
Here you can review monthly charges, past invoices, and subscription details.
This is especially useful if you need to see how much your clinic is paying each month or review past invoices.
How Charges Appear on Your Statement
Charges will show up as Automatic Practice Profits on your credit card or bank statement. Additional descriptors may include variations such as:
"TRACKSTAT AUTOMATIC PRAC"
"IN AUTOMATIC PRACTICE PR"
"IN AUTOMATIC PR 760-3345013 NV"
"IN *AUTOMATIC PRACTICE"
These descriptors can vary slightly depending on your financial institution. If you have questions about a specific charge, review your TrackStat account to confirm your subscription details or contact TrackStat customer support with the billing descriptor and date of the charge for assistance. Any of these descriptors are linked to your TrackStat subscription or services.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the Update Payment Method button is not visible, ensure you are logged in with an Administrator account.
For failed payment updates, double-check your card or bank details and ensure sufficient funds/credit are available.
Contact support if you continue to experience issues with updating payment methods or recognizing charges.
