How do I change my payment method (credit card or bank (ACH)) on file?

Want to change your payment method on file for your TrackStat Subscription?

Want to view your statement?

Click on triangle icon in upper right corner

Select Billing

Click on Update Payment Method button to securely add or update your credit card or bank (ACH) information

Click on View Statement to see your billing and payment history and invoices

Charges will show up as Automatic Practice Profits on your credit card or bank statement. Additional descriptors include variations like IN AUTOMATIC PRACTICE PR and IN AUTOMATIC PR 760-3345013 NV, which may vary depending on your financial institution.

They may show up as "IN *AUTOMATIC PRACTICE". If you have questions about a specific charge, consider reviewing your TrackStat account to confirm your subscription details or contacting TrackStat customer support with the billing descriptor and date of the charge for further assistance. If you notice any of these descriptors, they are likely linked to your TrackStat subscription or services.
