Locate a patient on any report, in the Inbox or using the Patient Search.
Tag Column Method
Option 1 - Scroll to the right to locate the Tag column.
Type the full name of the tag in the box to create a new tag. If the tag already exists, simply start typing the name of the tag and select the tag from the drop down menu that appears after typing.
Click the + icon to add the tag to the patient.
Option 2 - click the tag button to open the Batch tag window and see all existing tags organized by categories. Think of a category like a folder to keep tags organized. Select a category to view and select individual tags. Check the box next to the desired tag. Select Done button when finished to save changes.
Patient Card Method
Click on the patient name in the Patient Search or on any report to open the conversation window.
Click on the Batch add/rename/remove tags icon.
Type in tag box to create a new tag or check the box next to an existing tag in the categories section. Select Done button to save changes.
