Changes to the phone company that you use for your office phone number, whether you are switching to a new phone service or your existing phone number was purchased by another company, will most likely completely disrupt texting services within TrackStat. Due to these changes, we will have to re-host and re-connect your office number for texting after the change is complete. The texting portion of the number will also have to be reconfigured by the phone carrier after these changes are made and can take up to 72 hours.
We recommend letting us know when the changes are complete so that we can start on our part of the process. Please plan accordingly as there will be down time where texting is not available within TrackStat during the transition period.
