None = It will send reminders to any appointment
Limit appointment reminder to one per patient per day = If a patient has multiple appointments, they will only get a single reminder
Limit appointment reminder to one per phone number or email per day = If patients share the same phone number or email, they will only get a single reminder per number/email per day
Global settings - this is the settings for all appointment reminders. It functions like the individual campaigns, but applies to all appointment reminder campaigns.
Q: I set my appointment reminders to go out 24 hours before the appointment. But I just added a new appointment that’s only 8 hours away. When will TrackStat send the reminder?
A: TrackStat checks for new appointments every 15 minutes. If you add an appointment that qualifies for a reminder (like your 8-hour example), TrackStat will notice it during the next check and send the reminder right away—no need to wait for the full 24 hours.
