It appears that your web browser is blocking our TrackStat updates.
In order to fix this, please click on the lock icon next to the URL in the upper left corner of your web browser and select Site Settings.
Change setting for Pop ups and Redirects to “Allow”.
Then go back to the TrackStat tab and click on blue “Reload” button at the top of the screen.
If you do not see the Reload button, then please do a hard refresh (Ctrl F5).
Note: you may need to log out and log back in to see the change.
The Patient Search bar should no longer be greyed out after this change to your web browser settings.
Are you still having an issue?
Do you periodically receive a pop up that says "update to the latest version of TrackStat"? If so, please make sure you always click "Ok" or "Yes" so that you are getting the latest updates.
If you do not ever receive this pop up then there is something else blocking it on your web browser. Please check your web browser (Chrome) extensions to see what could be causing an issue. Click on the Check for ad blocker or search manager extensions.
Are you still having an issue?
Please try logging in to TrackStat using an Incognito window.
Click on 3 dots in upper right corner of your Chrome web browser.
Select "New Incognito Window"
Go to app.trackstat.org and log in.
If viewing TrackStat in an Incognito window fixes the issue, then please update your Cookies and Site data in your web browser.
Click on the lock icon next to the URL in the upper left corner.
Select "Cookies and Site Data"
Select "Manage Cookies and Site data"
Click on trash can icon to delete saved data for app.trackstat.org
