All patients in TrackStat come from your EHR/EMR database.
Patients or non-patients can be added in the Inbox for immediate texting or emailing by clicking on the green +Add Message icon.
Leads or people you want to follow up with who are not in your EHR/EMR can be added manually to the Follow Up Report by clicking the green button at the top of the page.
New patients can be added to the schedule and the system through the new patient online scheduling link found in the Extras > Scheduling > Settings > Site and Settings.
New patients can be also be added to TrackStat through the Scheduling Calendar.
