All patients in TrackStat are automatically added from your EHR/EMR system.
If you want to text or email someone who is not yet in your system, you can do that directly from the Inbox:
Click the yellow + Add Message button.
Enter their name, phone number, or email.
Send your message right away.
Important: If this contact is later added as a patient in your EHR/EMR, and their information syncs to TrackStat, their name, phone number (format), and email must match exactly (including capitalization and spacing) to merge their message history.
To add someone to the Follow Up report from Inbox:
You can do it by clicking the "Add to Follow Up" button in the message thread.
To add a new lead directly to the Follow Up report:
Click the green button at the top of the Follow Up report page.
Only use this if the person is not in your EHR/EMR.
Do NOT start conversations from the Follow Up report. If you do the message thread wont merge.
How to add new patients to the system:
Patients can schedule themselves using your online scheduling link:
Go to: Extras > Scheduling > Settings > Site and Settings > New Patients Scheduling Link
