What is the "not qualified" tag used for?

The “Not Qualified” tag is used to identify patients who should no longer receive communications or marketing from your clinic.

Check the “Not Qualified” box to assign this tag to patients who:

  • Are not a good fit for your care

  • Have moved out of the area

  • Prefer not to receive messages

  • Have requested to stop texts or emails

How This Tag Affects Campaigns

You can configure your campaigns to exclude patients with the “Not Qualified” tag.

Common campaigns that may exclude these patients include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Blast campaigns (announcements, special offers, etc.)

  • Review campaigns (requests for Google or other online reviews)

  • Drip campaigns (birthdays, reactivations, missed appointments, patient education, etc.)

Important Note

If you do not want patients with the “Not Qualified” tag to receive messages from any campaign, you must explicitly exclude this tag in your campaign settings.

Make sure the exclude symbol (−) appears next to the tag name. If the tag is not excluded, the system will still send messages to those patients.

Reporting

TrackStat reports can also be filtered to exclude patients with the “Not Qualified” tag, helping you keep your data accurate and relevant.
