Check the "Not Qualified" box to assign the "Not Qualified" tag to patients who:
are not a good fit for our care
have moved out of the area
are usually grumpy
complain about receiving texts and/or emails
Campaigns such as those mentioned below can be configured to exclude patients with a "not qualified" tag. Reach out for assistance to modify your campaign settings. Most campaigns already include the "not qualified" tag exclusion filter.
appointment reminders
blast campaigns (announcements, special offers, etc..)
review campaigns (asking for online reviews such as Google)
drip campaigns (birthdays, reactivations, missed appointments, patient education, etc..)
TrackStat reports can be filtered to exclude patients with "not qualified" tags as well.
