Why does the Applied Payments data change?
Applied Payments data is constantly changing as payments are added for dates of service in the past
For example payments added to the EHR today may be "applied" to dates of service from 3 months ago. This would change the Applied Payments numbers on the report from 3 months ago even though the payments were entered today. Applied Payments numbers are constantly changing unless you are an all cash office that only collects and applies the payment on the date of service.
