Troubleshooting - How to do a hard refresh in your Chrome or Safari web browser

Can't see the latest updates? Something not quite right? Try a hard refresh on your web browser to clear your cache and cookies while you are logged in to TrackStat.

  • Windows users: select Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.

  • Mac users: select Command + Shift + R on your keyboard.

  • iPad users: Option + Command + R or Shift + reload icon

Or try the steps below:

Right click while logged in to TrackStat and right click any where and select "Inspect"

Then right click on curved arrow in upper left and select "Empty cache and hard reload"

Click "X" in upper right to close.
