Why can't I delete a "np follow up reviewed" tag?

The "np follow up reviewed" tag is a system tag that cannot be edited. It is automatically assigned when a patient has been marked as a follow up and then X'd off the Follow Up report (red "x" on the far right side of the report to hide the row). The "np follow reviewed" tag indicates to the team that this items has been handled and is a way to make sure that no patient follow ups are lost or missed!
