Tags are fluid & can be removed and / or added at any time. However do not remove “np start” tags as this affects statistics reports and various graphs. Tags can be removed in bulk by selecting all patients using SHIFT or Ctrl key on keyboard to highlight rows. Click on tag icon at top of column. Then simply uncheck the box next to tag and hit Done.
The "np start" tag is critical for ensuring accurate historical data and consistent reporting. Removing this tag compromises the integrity of cumulative statistics, even for patients who have completed or discontinued care. If removed accidentally, it is safe to re-add the tag without impacting the system's data. Additionally, if the tag presents challenges in reports, use filtering options within TrackStat to tailor report views without altering tags.
