Tags in TrackStat can be organized into categories to make it easier to manage and identify patients or groups. Assigning tags to categories helps streamline workflows, ensures consistency, and allows for efficient filtering. Here’s how to assign tags to categories:

Steps to Assign Tags to Categories

  1. Access the Tags Section:

    1. Navigate to the Tags column in a report

  2. Open the Tag Categories:

    1. Click on the Grid Icon in the Tags column to access the tag categories.

  3. Assign Tags to a Category:

    1. Locate the tag you want to categorize.

    2. Check the box next to the tag under the desired category.

  4. Create a New Category (Optional):

    1. If the category you want does not exist, create it by selecting Add Category or typing the new category name in the provided field.

    2. Assign tags to the newly created category by checking their boxes.
