Online Scheduling - How do I set up a Provider?

To set up a provider:

  • Go into Extras (3 dots) > Scheduling > Settings > Provider Availability and click on "Add Provider" in the upper right side of the screen & select the provider you want to add

    • Provider must be assigned as a "Primary Provider" for at least 1 patient in ChiroTouch to be visible in TrackStat

  • In "Display Name" box, type in the provider name you want the patient to see

  • In " Description" box, only use if you want additional information to display along with the provider name

  • In "Max Appointment per Time Block" box, use the drop down to select the maximum number of appointments that can be booked per time block

  • Check "Available for online scheduling" box

  • Click on the visit purposes that a patient can schedule with this provider. A gold border will show around the visit purposes selected.

  • "Provider availability hours" section. Click on each day of the week to enter the regular office hours the provider is normally available to see patients

  • "Set exceptions for specific days" section. Use this section to block off specific days or specific times if the provider is not going to be available for some reason in the regular "Provider availability hours" section. (For example, holidays or scheduled days off). Click on "Save" button.

  • If the provider is only available for specific hours for specific visit purposes, click on the "gear" icon in that specific visit purpose. Enter the "Purpose availability hours" for each day, then check the "Override provider availability hours" box and click on "Save " button

  • Click on "Save " button
