How do I disable a user or prevent a staff member from accessing TrackStat?

Have you recently had changes to your office team?

Need to remove access to TrackStat from one of your former staff members?

A user with Administrator privileges can click on the triangle in the upper right corner of the TrackStat screen
Select Users
Click on User name to be disabled
Click on Disable
Click on Save
