Account Management - Users - How do I reset my password?

Option 1:

Go to TrackStat login page app.trackstat.org
Click on “Forgot password”


Enter email address
Click on Reset Password

Check email for further instructions

Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Passwords must:

  • be at least 10 characters long

  • contain an uppercase letter

  • contain a lowercase letter

  • contain a number

  • contain a symbol

Have a code or temporary password, but are not sure where to enter it?

Select "Forgot Password" in blue

Select "I have a code!" in blue to get to the screen to enter your code and new password.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • when copying and pasting a password, do NOT include empty spaces as the error "Password incorrect" will be displayed

  • the email address field is case sensitive and often the web browser will try to automatically capitalize the first letter of the email address so make sure to avoid this scenario

  • if you have reset your password multiple times, make sure you are using the most recent password

  • passwords can only be reset from the web based app (via a web browser on a computer, laptop or tablet), passwords cannot be reset from the mobile app

Option 2:

Have a TrackStat user with Admin privileges log into TrackStat

Select triangle in upper right corner of screen

Select “Users”

Click on “Edit” icon next to the appropriate user

Select “Reset Password”


Ask user to check their email for password reset instructions (check spam folder if message is not in the inbox)
