If you can't remember your password, you have two options: reset it yourself from the login page, or ask an administrator on your team to reset it for you.
Option 1: Reset your password yourself
Go to the TrackStat login page: app.trackstat.org
Click Forgot password
Enter your email address
Click Reset Password
Check your email for further instructions
About the password reset email
The reset email is sent from [email protected]. To make sure it reaches you:
If your email uses a custom domain (for example, [email protected]), ask your IT administrator or email provider to whitelist [email protected] (that is, add it to your allowlist or Safe Senders list). This will help ensure that password reset emails are not rejected or quarantined by your mail server.
If your email uses a public provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.) and you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam, Promotions, Junk Email, or other folders.
Password requirements
Your new password must:
Be at least 10 characters long
Contain an uppercase letter
Contain a lowercase letter
Contain a number
Contain a symbol
Already have a code or temporary password?
If you already have a code and just need somewhere to enter it:
Select Forgot Password in blue
Select I have a code! in blue to open the screen where you can enter your code and new password
Troubleshooting tips
When copying and pasting a password, do not include empty spaces — the error "Password incorrect" will appear.
The email address field is case sensitive. Web browsers sometimes auto-capitalize the first letter of an email address, so watch for that.
If you've reset your password multiple times, make sure you're using the most recent one.
Passwords can only be reset from the web app (via a browser on a computer, laptop, or tablet). Passwords cannot be reset from the mobile app.
Option 2: Have an admin reset your password
If Option 1 doesn't work, any TrackStat user with Admin privileges on your team can reset your password:
Log into TrackStat as an Admin
Select the triangle in the upper right corner of the screen
Select Users
Click the Edit icon next to the appropriate user
Select Reset Password
Ask the user to check their email for password reset instructions
The same delivery rules apply here: the email comes from [email protected]. Users on a custom domain should whitelist that address, and users on a public provider should check Spam, Promotions, and other folders if the email doesn't appear in the inbox.
Note: If a staff member leaves your clinic and you plan to reuse the same email and login for a new employee, reset the password before the new user starts accessing the system to maintain account security.
