The Milestones - Drop Off Analysis Report is a great report for identifying new patient trends in your practice. The report can be filtered by tags such as the "np start" tag to see which new patients who initially started on care actually reached the end of their treatment or achieved a specific milestone or visit number in specific number of weeks or months. The easiest way to view this data is to make sure that you check the Start box for new patients who have started on care or use TrackStat's automation feature to automatically tag patients with the "np start" tag. You can define "started on care" any way you like, but the most common definitions are patients who:
you expect to see on a weekly basis or
are on a treatment plan or
were injured in an accident
Click on the Filter icon on the upper left portion of the report. Select Tags.
Click on box next to desired tag (most common = np start). Make sure there is a green plus + in the box next to the tag.
Then click Filter and allow report to load data.
