A: Patient visit average can be calculated 2 different ways in TrackStat. Settings can be modified in Account Settings. It is a way to evaluate your patient retention and effectiveness.
Total new patient shows
Patient visit average = total office visits / new patient shows
Started new patients
Patient visit average = total office visits / started new patients (must have np start tag)
You can change these calculations (PVA by all new patients vs new patient starts) in the account settings section. You must be an admin to edit this setting.
