Stats - Why isn’t a new patient showing up on a report?

Looking for data related to one of the following statistics or key metrics for new patients?

  • Day 1 Visits - Practice Summary

  • NP Exams Completed - Monthly Scoreboard

  • Day 1s Show - Daily Stats and Weekly Stats

  • New Patient (checked-in 1st visit) - Custom Report

It is possible that the patient is marked as a “Prior Patient” in the Patient Information screen in ChiroTouch and thus is not considered a New Patient and will not show up the statistics report. Uncheck the “Prior Patient” box in ChiroTouch if appropriate and check TrackStat again after the next sync time. Has the patient ever had a prior appointment in the office? Check ChiroTouch, Patient Management, Appointments, Cancelled appointments. If so, they should show up in the Daily Stat report on the day of the Cancelled appointment.

Has someone logged in to the ChiroTouch software today? This is necessary for ChiroTouch to do it's daily routine of checking out patients and loading today’s schedule.
