Unique NPs (Day 1s) Scheduled data can be found on the following reports:

Unique scheduled new patients stat counts all new patient appointments including cancelled and rescheduled appointments and subtracts duplicate appointments (new patients who have cancelled their first appointment and then rescheduled again).

For ChiroTouch Classic (Server) users:

It is likely that the data on a ChiroTouch Classic (Server) report will never match TrackStat as the ChiroTouch Classic (Server) stats count new patients who rescheduled their first appointment as 2 new patients instead of 1. We have worked really hard to correct that issue with ChiroTouch Classic (Server) data!

Keep in mind that new patient counts on a Custom Report may not match the Monthly # report. This is possible when the Custom Report is counting by Visit Purposes (example: "New Patient") and the Monthly # report is based on actual first visits (first activity in a patient's ledger).

Units Billed / Visit = Total Units Billed divided by Total Office Visits
