First save the image or picture as a .png file type on your local computer. This format is supported. Make sure the file size does not exceed 500 KB. The file may need to be compressed if it is too large. You can use your design application's export/compress function or online image compression tools to resize the file.
Do NOT attempt to copy and paste the image.
Copy-pasting images is not allowed because it can result in formatting issues or failed uploads.
Then insert the image in the email by clicking on the insert image icon on the formatting bar. Drag and drop the file or click in the box to select it from the file location on your local computer.
Ensure the image appears correctly in the email before finalizing.
Troubleshooting
Browser Issues: If uploading fails, try the following:
Refresh your browser and attempt the upload again.
Clear your browser cache, then retry.
Unsupported Media Types
If you need to include videos in your email, host them on a video hosting platform and link them instead of attempting to upload directly.
