Canned Replies - How do I create a new canned reply?

Open the Inbox, click on a message in the Inbox to open it

(alternative option: click on a patient's name in any report to open messaging window)

Click on the "Canned Reply" button

Click on the the folder you want to create a new canned reply and then click "Add reply"

Then create your canned reply and click "save"

To use the canned reply you have created, you can just click on the "Canned reply" button again and then select the canned reply from the list.

You can then edit your canned reply by going to Marketing Campaigns (megaphone icon) > Message Manager and selecting the paper and pencil icon next to the canned reply you want to edit.

You can also edit canned replies directly from any message thread by clicking the "Canned reply" button and then selecting the paper and pencil icon.
