Canned Replies - How do I send a saved message to an individual patient?

Do you find yourself sending texts or emails to individual patients and end up typing the same or similar messages over and over again? If so, canned replies are for you! Canned replies (also commonly known as canned responses or saved messages) can be created and used to simplify and expedite these repetitive tasks.

Canned replies can be utilized from the Inbox, Patient Search and most reports within TrackStat. Canned replies can be created in the patient messaging window or in Marketing Campaigns > Message Manager.

Simply click on a patient's name and select the "Canned Reply Folder" and the specific text or email that you want to send from the "Reply" drop down.

We have provided many canned reply templates for you that are ready to use, but please feel free to add your own custom messages by clicking on the "Canned reply" button.
