Patient Info - How to update a patient's information in TrackStat

Updating patient information

Did you find a data entry error? Did a patient get a new phone number or move to a new address? If so, you can update the following fields in TrackStat and it will update ChiroTouch or Genesis (ClinicMind) too!

  • cell phone number

  • email address

  • address

  • referral source

from TrackStat reports or Patient Search:


click on a patient's name
click the edit icon
update the appropriate information and Save
information will update in ChiroTouch at the next sync time

from the Inbox:
click on edit icon to open Patient Info
update the appropriate information and Save
information will update in the EHR at the next sync or data transfer time
