Patient Search - Cannot find a Patient when using the Patient Search

If you are searching for a phone number, try adding some spaces between the area code and the telephone prefix.

The default search is by full name, if you cannot see the name on the list consider:

  • Checking for typos

  • Searching only by first or last name

  • Searching by email

  • Searching by account number

  • Searching by phone number

  • Keep in mind that a new patient that was just entered in ChiroTouch or Eclipse may take up to one hour to be found in TrackStat

  • Clear filters by clicking on the Filter icon in the upper left corner and select Reset All Filters

  • Make sure you are seeing the latest version of TrackStat by doing a hard refresh on your web browser (Ctrl + F5 for Windows users and Cmd + Shift + R for Mac users)

  • For offices with server based software (ie: ChiroTouch and Eclipse), make sure that your server computer is on and connected to the internet. If something has changed with your server computer, please reach out to us for assistance.
