A: There is no way to save or download an email or text in TrackStat, however you can use a snipping or screenshot tool to essentially take a picture of what you see on your screen. Then you can save it and print it as you wish. If you use a Windows computer there is a Snip and Sketch tool. Open the item you want to capture. Then take a screenshot with the following commands: Windows icon button + Shift + S.

A: Use the Find command. If you are using a Windows computer, select Ctrl + F on your keyboard. Type in the data you wish to find! Keep in mind you may need to increase your page size to include all data to search.
