Your web browser along with your Windows settings must be configured properly on your computer in order to receive notifications when a new message is received in the TrackStat Inbox.
We recommend using Google Chrome web browser with TrackStat.

A: Repeat steps below for each workstation computer or device that accesses TrackStat.
In the site settings section of your internet browser and Allow notifications & Pop-ups and redirects
Q: How do I turn off Notifications?
A: Click on the lock icon next to URL in the web browser. Disable notifications (slide to off) to prevent seeing new messages in lower right corner of screen. Make sure to leave Pop-ups and redirects on so you will still get the latest TrackStat updates. Make sure you are logged in to TrackStat when you adjust the settings above!
Q: Why are my messages not popping up?
A: Make sure to turn on your notifications on your device. This may be through Windows settings for PC or macOS for Mac (Apple).
