Q: How do I set up additional users?

A: This can only be done by an Admin user.
You will need a unique email address for each user.
- Go to triangle icon in upper right corner of screen
- Select Users
- Select green +
Fill out data (first and last name, email, userID, role)
Your email address is your username.

ROLES:

User

  • full access to all reports

  • cannot access campaigns or financials

  • cannot add/delete users

  • cannot download reports

User plus

  • full access to all reports and campaigns

  • cannot access financials

  • cannot add/delete users

  • cannot download reports

Manager

  • full access to all reports, financials and campaigns

  • ability to download reports

  • cannot add/delete users

Admin

  • full access to all reports, financials and campaigns

  • ability to download reports

  • ability to add/delete users


Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Option 1: Go to TrackStat login page app.trackstat.org
Click on “Forgot password”
Enter email address
Click on Reset Password
Check email for further instructions

Option 2: Have a TrackStat user with Admin privileges log into TrackStat, select triangle in upper right corner of screen, select “Users”, click on “Edit” icon next to the appropriate user and select “Reset Password”.
Ask user to check their email for password reset instructions

Q: How do I disable a user or prevent a user from accessing TrackStat?

A: An Admin user can click on triangle in upper right corner of screen
Select Users
Click on User name to be disabled
Click on Disable
Click on Save
