Q: What is the Reactivation stat?
A: Reactivation = patients with visits during time period who have not had a visit for X days
X days = Reactivation settings (30, 45, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days)
Q: What is the Net Momentum stat?
A: The goal of the net momentum statistic is to have more patients start on care than stop care.
This means a positive net momentum number is best.
The statistic will be most useful if you are marking patients as "starts" in TrackStat.
Net Momentum = new patient starts + reactivations - recalls
Reactivations are based on the Reactivation setting in the Practice Summary report (30 days, 45 days, 60 days, etc...)
Q: In the Practice Summary Report, what does “Unique Day 1s Scheduled (Unlabeled)” mean?
A: It represents all unique Day 1 scheduled patients from all referral sources. If you want to see the numbers broken down by specific referral sources, click the green “Labels” button at the top, select “Referral Sources,” and add labels for the referral sources.
