Stats - Monthly $ and Daily $

Updated over a month ago

Q: Why isn’t the Monthly $ report showing the current month?

A: The default dates are set to show the most recent complete month. You can change the date range by clicking on the Start or End Date to change it.

Q: On the Monthly $ report, when I filter by provider, what type of provider is the data for in the Totals (orange) section?

A: It is showing the appointment provider data (as opposed to the primary or billing provider).

Q: I see 2 different filter icons on the Monthly $ & Daily $ reports. How do they work?

A: You can only use/select 1 of these filters at a time. The filter to the left of the blue heading bar controls the Totals (orange) section. The filter in the blue heading bar to the right of the Totals (orange) section controls the “By Case Type” (green) section. Select the case type you want to view in the drop down menu. Only 1 case type can be selected at a time. The section to the far right (white) will show the percentage of the total.

Q: How are the percentages on the Monthly $ & Daily $ reports calculated?

A: When the (green) section of the report is filtered by case type, the case type dollars are calculated as a percentage of total dollars (orange) section.

Q: Which EMR/EHR report matches the total collections amounts on the Monthly $ & Daily $ reports?

A:

Q: Which ChiroTouch report matches the Total Billed Amount on the Monthly $ report?

A: The Total Billed Amount on the Monthly $ report should correlate with the ChiroTouch Insurance Billings report. It should count any line item in the ledger that has been marked with a "B" during the specified time period (B =Billed). It includes charges that were billed during the specified time period to the primary policy. Secondary billings are not included.

Note: Some charges (such as personal injury) are not technically "billed" through ChiroTouch and will not show up in the Total Billed Amount. See ChiroTouch help article named "Move a charge from W (waiting) to B (billed) without actually billing" as a workaround to this issue.
