What is on the TrackStat Appointment Report that is different from CT Scheduler or the schedule in your EHR?

Quickly identify:

  • patients who owe you money (have a balance ($) on their account)

  • insurance companies that owe you money (insurance balance)

  • patients who do not have a future appointment

  • patients who are missing contact info (cell phone number, email address, mailing address)

  • patients who are missing a referral source

  • patients who are missing a diagnosis

  • patients who are are missing charges for the day

  • patients last visit date (maybe it's time for a re-exam or a new insurance verification)

  • incorrect or inconsistent insurance information and fee schedules

  • incorrect or inconsistent case types (ChiroTouch and Eclipse only)

  • how many future appointments a patient has scheduled

  • patients with a current payment plan (requires Fortis or Cash Practice integration)

  • patients with an active or expired credit card or other payment method on file (requires Fortis or Cash Practice integration)

  • patient's Total Visits

  • Appointment Notes - quickly view or add/edit notes

  • Patient Notes - quickly view or add/edit notes

  • patient tags (np start, follow up, monthly care and not qualified)

  • and enter information on the PI Card for personal injury or auto accident patients

Q: Can I update any patient information in the TrackStat Appointment Report?

A: Yes! Quickly Update Patient information as follows:

  • update patient demographic information such as cell phone, home phone, email address and physical address

  • update referral sources It will update ChiroTouch too!

  • tag patients with your own custom tags

  • text or email patients from the report by clicking on their names

Q: Can I add patients to reports from the Appointment Report?

A: Quickly add patients to TrackStat's powerful patient management system:

  • check the "Start" box to add weekly patients to the Weekly Patient report

  • check the "Follow Up" box to add patients to the Follow Up report (new patients who did not start on care, outside referrals, records requests, etc...)

  • check the "Monthly" box to tag monthly patients for easy tracking and statistics

  • check the "Not Qualified" box to tag patients that you wish to exclude from patient communications and marketing campaigns
