How to Access and Review Your Previous Conversations in TrackStat

Where can I find my previous chats with TrackStat Support team?

Keeping track of past conversations can be incredibly helpful whether you’re following up on an issue, revisiting guidance from the support team, or checking what was discussed with the TrackStat AI Agent (Fin). TrackStat makes it easy to access your full conversation history in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Guide

To view your previous chats:

  1. Locate the Help Icon
    At the top right corner of your TrackStat dashboard, you’ll see a question mark (?) icon. This is your entry point to support and past conversations.

  2. Open the Messages Section
    Click on the question mark icon, then select “Messages”
    This will open a panel where all your past conversations are stored.

  3. Browse Your Conversation History
    Inside the Messages section, you’ll find a list of all chats you’ve had whether with the TrackStat support team or the AI Agent (Fin).

  4. View Older Conversations
    To access earlier chats, simply scroll down to the bottom of the list.
    The system loads older conversations as you scroll, allowing you to go back as far as needed.

  • A chronological history of your messages for easy reference
