Effective communication with your patients is critical, especially when unexpected events occur. With TrackStat’s bulk messaging feature, you can quickly notify your scheduled patients about any situation that may affect their appointments.
When to Use Bulk Messaging
You can send messages directly from your Appointment Report for a wide range of scenarios, including:
Weather-related disruptions: poor weather, snow, ice, freeze, storms, fire, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
Staff-related issues: sick doctors, not feeling well, illness, emergencies, injuries, or surgeries.
Other urgent situations: office closures, traffic delays, road construction, power outages or other unexpected issues, or any circumstance requiring immediate patient notification.
How to Send Bulk Messages
Go to the Appointment Report
Select List of Patients
You can use the Visit Date filter in the top-right corner to select a specific date. Additional filters are available via the funnel icon in the top-left corner to refine your audience as needed.
To select all patients on the report, click the checkbox in the top-left corner and chose Select all data
To message specific patients, individually check the boxes next to each patient's name.
Send Your Message
Click Actions button and select Send Message.
Select text or email and type body of message.
