Scheduler Pro mobile app - for patients

What is the Scheduler Pro used for and how do our patients access it?

TrackStat has 2 mobile applications available in both the Apple App store (for iPhone iOS) and the Google Play store (for Android).

The TrackStat mobile app is available for clinics to view their schedule, schedule and update (reschedule and cancel) patient appointments, send messages (texts and emails) to patients and view patient information.

The Scheduler Pro mobile app - Specifically designed for patients. It supports scheduling, rescheduling, and viewing appointments. Scheduling settings can still be configured through the TrackStat web-based application at app.trackstat.org in Extras (3 dots icon) > Scheduling > Settings.

Patients can search for and download the Scheduler Pro - for patients mobile app on their cell phone or tablet.

Patients can follow either scanning the QR code or adding the Practice ID with the steps below:

  • Enter the clinic's unique Practice ID (this is the office's TrackStat ID located in TrackStat Account Settings or in online scheduling links)

  • Select Practice ID option

  • Enter Practice ID

  • Select Clinic

  • Enter email address on file in the EHR (ChiroTouch, ClinicMind, etc..) for a username

  • Create a password

  • Click link in verification email

  • Log in

  • Schedule or view appointments

Adding Your Clinic via QR Code

Patients can easily add your clinic to Scheduler Pro by scanning a QR code. Follow the steps below to set this up and guide your patients:

For Clinic Staff

  1. Navigate to Extra > Scheduling > Settings > QR Code.

  2. Download the Patient Mobile App document.

  3. Print the QR code and place it in a visible area in your office where patients can easily scan it.

Clinics can also send text messages or emails using blast campaigns, drip campaigns, bulk messaging or canned replies encouraging patients to download the Scheduler Pro mobile app. Master messages and master canned replies have been created for clinics already and utilize the merge field for Practice ID {{PracticeID}} as well as the merge field for the Patient Mobile App Link {{PatientMobileAppLink}} . Look in the Message Manager which is located under Communications (megaphone icon) and locate messages named Scheduler Pro. Copy the master message by clicking the copy icon to create your own version that can be edited for your clinic's needs.

For Patients

  1. Download the Scheduler Pro app.

  2. Tap the “Scan a QR Code” and scan the QR code displayed in your clinic.

  3. The clinic will be automatically added to their app.

After adding the clinic:

  • Patients can Sign In if they have previously used online scheduling.

  • Patients can Sign Up if they are new to online scheduling.

Adding Your Clinic via Practice ID

Account Settings - locate Practice ID to give to patients who want to use the Scheduler Pro app to book appointments

Online Scheduling Site and Settings - locate Practice ID to give to patients who want to use the Scheduler Pro app to book appointments

Enter Practice ID to identify clinic

Sign In - for patients who have used online scheduling previously

Sign Up - for patients who have never used online scheduling

My Appointments - for patients to view their scheduled appointments

Schedule - for patients to book an appointment

Edit Appointment - for patients to Reschedule or Cancel an appointment
