Make sure your team and patients are using the latest versions of the mobile applications to see the most recent features.

Updating Apps on iPhone (Apple App Store)

Manual Update

  • Open the App Store app.

  • Tap your profile photo or account button in the top right.

  • Scroll down to see available updates.

  • Tap Update next to a specific app, or tap Update All to update everything.

Enable Automatic Updates (Recommended)

  • Go to Settings > App Store.

  • Turn on App Updates (under Automatic Downloads).

This way, updates happen in the background, usually over Wi-Fi.

Updating Apps on Android (Google Play Store)

Manual Update

  • Open the Google Play Store app.

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  • Tap Manage apps & device.

  • Go to the Manage tab (or see "Updates available").

  • Tap Update next to a specific app, or Update all for everything.

Enable Automatic Updates (Recommended)

  • Open the Google Play Store app.

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  • Tap Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps.

  • Choose Over any network (data charges may apply) or Over Wi-Fi only, then tap Done.

For individual apps: In an app's details page, tap the three-dot menu and turn on Enable auto update.

Automatic updates often occur when your device is charging and connected to Wi-Fi. Keeping apps updated is important for the best experience!
