Notes in ChiroTouch and TrackStat sync in specific ways depending on the type of note entered. Understanding this ensures your information appears correctly in both systems.
How Notes Sync
Appointment Notes entered in ChiroTouch will sync to TrackStat, and notes added in TrackStat will also push back into ChiroTouch.
This is the only type of note that syncs both ways.
Patient Notes entered directly in ChiroTouch do not sync to TrackStat.
Patient Notes created from TrackStat will push into ChiroTouch.
